There are many ways to communicate which can be narrowed down to three main behavioural characteristics: aggressive, passive and assertive. During this course you will learn a wide range of assertive communication strategies including: writing, images, speaking, listening, presentations, body language and feedback strategies.

Being assertive means being confident and forceful, this course will teach you how to communicate, to come across as being assertive whether for personal or professional reasons.
