This course provides an introductory overview of all types of interviews from: selection/employment interviews and termination interviews to appraisal and disciplinary interviews. You will become familiar with how to conduct these interviews and gain skills in communication and behavioural strategies. The skills learned throughout, would be most beneficial for someone already in, or wanting to get into a management position. Whether you wish to do this course for personal or professional reasons, you will learn all you need to know about conducting a range of different interviews.
