Ever thought of reading minds? Knowing what people are thinking and why they make a decision is known as marketing psychology or consumer behaviour. ‘Consumer Behaviour’ is a short course offered by ‘Grow Training Group’ and gives background knowledge on how and why people make decision in the consumer environment.

You will be able to apply knowledge of advertising, marketing and selling products. As you conger through these 6 lessons you will be provided with a range of ways to expand your knowhow of consumer behaviours. It is a self-paced structure, that should only take around 20 hours. It allows you to choose tasks you do not wish to undertake and ones that you do. To expand your knowledge and cater for the individual in their own learning because we understand that everyone is different. You can either take the fast track, or the slow trail, it’s up to you.

Topics in this course include things from ‘What is marketing psychology?’ to ‘Advertising and Marketing’. At the completion of this course you will gain an understanding of the diverse world of consumers and psychology behind people making decisions. In a nut shell, you will be able to make more informed marketing decisions.

How do our short courses work?

As you progress through this short course you will become familiar with a variety of different ways to expand your learning and be able to choose the tasks that you do/don’t wish to take. You will also be able to develop in the areas that take your fancy more than others that just don’t do it for you. You won’t miss anything important so long as you read the “learn more” suggestions. Following each lesson there will be a short interactive test to complete. This will give an indication on how you are progressing through the course and ensuring that you are on the right track. Upon completion of the last lesson in the course, a more thorough automated test will need to be completed to finalise your learning level. This can be completed any time and if an overall pass is gained you will receive a “certificate of completion”.
