During this course, you will learn how to manage stress. Whether it be yourself or others, for your work or home life, you will learn skills on how to deal with your own stress and help others going through stress. Skills learned throughout this course, will help you to pursue a career in different fields such as, counselling, teaching, psychology and pretty much any occupation. Everyone suffers with stress from time to time but managing it can make it easier to except and reduce it.
